Vogel servo planetary gearboxes types MPR and MPG offer high performance, low backlash and long life in a range of rated torques 20 to 1000Nm. Standard backlash is typically 3-8 arcmins and optionally this can be reduced to below 1. Exact ratios are available, 3-10 for 1 stage gearboxes, 12-100 for 2 stage models. Design life is 20000 hours. Efficiency is high at 95 to 97%.
These servo planetary gearboxes are designed to be combined with servo motors. A matching range of synchronous and asynchronous motors is available on request.
Type MPR: gearboxes with shaft output. NEW models 050 to 300 with increased capacity and reduced backlash. Output shafts with or without keyway.
